As Head Builder, Brad is a hands-on leader who works on-site with tools in hand, offering a single-project focus that ensures every detail is executed with precision from consultation to handover.
Complementing Brad’s craftsmanship, Bec manages the business operations, overseeing everything from finances and contracts to materials and marketing. Her management of the firm’s logistics and compliance allows Brad to remain focused on-site, ensuring a seamless experience where high-quality building and professional management go hand-in-hand.
